Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I had a squeaky Dryer. This company is awesome ! Called them, made an appointment and Texted them a pic of my my Dryer number. The tech was on time and gave me a free quote. Since I sent them the Model number pic, the Tech was able to bring along the parts. The repair cost was very low. In under an hour I had not only a running dryer but they cleaned all the lint out too. The Tech Edward, cleaned up after himself, Then he explained the repair and repair charges. I paid via Paypal. Easy. JOB DONE and I can get on with my life. OH I got a 1year warranty on the repair too.

I needed my LG refrigerator repaired quick because it was leaking water everywhere. I called, They told me how to shut off the water over the phone. They asked me to text a picture of the Model number inside the door. Then they explained the charges and sent a man right over. The Technician arrived with the part. He analyzed the problem I had and explained the repair. He gave me a FREE Quote. I approved and within an hour I had a working Refrigerator again and no more leaks. They were honest and straightforward. The tech was vaccinated and wore a mask. Very professional. If I need other services, I will call them again. I am very happy I called them.

Our Maytag washer would not spin. We called in the morning and they arrived later that day and on time. The repairman Paul was well prepared and explained the problem, a bad clutch and explained the charges. It was an important part. Paul had the clutch on his truck. So I approved. A short time later we had a working Washer. Then Paul said he noticed a burning smell from our dryer. So he and I investigated and found the vent pipe was 90% clogged with lint. We were on the very verge of a dryer fire!! I told Paul to take care of this immediately. He insisted on giving me a new quote to clean the vent AND Dryer. I was pleased it was only an extra $45 . Thank you Accurate Appliance Electronics and Paul. You saved my family and my home. I will tell all my friends of you great service.
